5k Run/Walk and 10k Run are loop courses on paved and gravel roads with moderate hills.  They feature a fast finish on the track, great for spectators!  The USATF Certified courses tour the town of Goodrich covering the streets that Kayla trained on.  Custom finisher medal in 5k only while supplies last.  10k starts at 7:30 AM.  5k starts at 9:00 AM.

1 Mile Fun Fun/Walk starts on the bike path along Hegel Road and follows the last mile of the 5k course to finish with a lap around the track.  Participants in this event must walk to the start from the high school parking lot, about 1/2 mile.  Finishers medal.  1 MI is not timed and participants do not use a chip. 1 MI starts at 9:45 AM.
